"At 33, after roughly 12 years working in estate agency as a Manager and Sales Director, I decided it was time for a career change. While I had built a strong career, I was ready for a new challenge. 

Looking back, the structure of More House School and the way it helped me grow as a person gave me the confidence to take that step. With that in mind, I applied to join the Royal Air Force. 

After a series of physical and mental tests, I attested in October and was successful. This year, I begin my minimum 12 years' service in Logistics at one of the RAF bases in Oxfordshire. 

It's an incredibly exciting opportunity and one that will set me up well for the future. I'm proud to be taking this next step and grateful for the foundations that helped make it possible."
